From Holidayworld Maspalomas we are really happy to announce that Mr. Kale, a reference restaurant in Las Palmas, arrives to our leisure centre to complete the wide gastronomic offer of the space.
Mr. Kale takes the alternative and takes the place of Swing Restaurant, and will offer more than 150 dishes in a completely renovated environment, from the interior to the terrace. Mr Kale will also serve a reduced and adapted menu for the bowling alley itself and its consumption on the lane, as well as at The Harrow sportsbar and Palm Kasino.
At Mr Kale you can try healthy cuisine at a good price. You’ll find breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners based on real food. They also have an exclusive menu of natural fruit juices and vegetarian options. However, it is not exclusively for veggies. They also have meat dishes on their menu.
Mr Kale stands out for its wide range of juices. With fruit, vegetables and practically all the superfoods: spirulina, matcha, açai, gofio, oats, chia seeds… In the same way, they also offer delicious bowls, something that is becoming more and more fashionable, the best options for your breakfast! Mr. Kale was founded in 2016 as the first pokebar in Gran Canaria with the aim of offering a healthy, tasty and enjoyable alternative. To achieve this, ingredients from the garden are mixed with the best meat and fish. Mr. Kale’s cuisine is based on the preparation of his dishes at low temperatures, the absence of fats, the use of embers and vacuum cooking. All this focused on reducing unnecessary calories but always keeping the flavour and fun in every dish.
